# Deposit/Withdraw Collateral

Provide NFTs as a collateral and borrow USDC against your NFT.

This is the biggest innovation in the MeltLabs protocol, the possibility to borrow USDC while still holding the NFT.

Here's a quick tutorial on how you can provide collateral:

To deposit the collateral click on 'add collateral' at the bottom right.

Then click the NFT of that collection you want to deposit and confirm.

Once you have deposited the collateral you will be able to borrow USDC.

To withdraw the NFT just click on withdraw at the bottom center. This option will not be available if you have an open loan, if you want to withdraw the NFT you will have to repay the loan taken.
